The following changes will be included in the next release due out the end of October (NOTE: this is not an all inclusive list, just the main changes): 1. The ability to run the software from a USB Stick (Provided by us). This makes the application completely portable and can be used on any Windows PC with a USB port (USB2 Preferred). This version runs completely from the USB device and leaves no ‘footprint’ on the PC. (The USB version will be provided for a nominal upgrade fee to existing customers (one per customer). 2. Log and Analysis features: a. Performance Measures: - The ability to log a ‘performance measure’ against any workout. This measure it designed to provide athletes with pace and distance measures for part of, or all of a workout, for comparison in a ‘Performance Measure’ table against other measures of the same name. The table can be sorted and filtered to narrow down the results shown. In addition athletes can view the logged week containing the performance measure from this table. b. All Programs Log and Graphs: - The ability to select a time frame from all of an Athletes programs and view weekly totals per sport and a weekly total, from this view you can also select a particular week and view the logged week in full. Total hours per sport and overall are shown for the period selected. In addition, athletes can see two interactive graphs of logged training: i. Weekly Graph: This view shows weekly totals for each selected sport either in time or distance. A second graph in this view shows weekly averages of the ‘Daily Log’ data (Sleep, RHR, Feeling, and Weight), this can be used, for example to compare weekly training volume to RHR Average or Sleep to Bike Volume etc). ii. Daily Graph: The second graph shows the actual ‘Daily Log’ data (Sleep, RHR, Feeling, Weight) to compare between any of the data values (i.e. Sleep against Feeling). In addition a further graph shows ‘Total Training’ time, this is used to compare training volume to any of the daily log values. c. Gear Log: - The ability to log multiple ‘Training Aids’ against a workout or race split. This will then store the total time and distance for the device in the ‘Gear Log’. This is useful to see how many miles/KM you have got out of a pair of running shoes, or how long your bike tires lasted in comparison to the price. d. Race Results: - The race results tab has been enhanced to show pace for each split, also athletes can edit the ‘actual’ race distance when logging a race, in case a race distance falls short or is long. This will ensure accurate pace logging. In addition, athletes can view the logged race week in full from this view. e. Log: - We have enhanced the way training is logged, the log now pops up in a new window when an athletes clicks on a day. Planned and Logged totals are now shown to the right of a week, as well as on a mouse over (for customers with smaller screen resolution). Also, the log mouse over has been enhanced to make it clearer. Logged days now completely change color when logged data is added. In addition a workout can now be added at the time of logging a days training. 3.
