I've had the software for about a year now and am wondering about the update process. I don't see any way to do this within the application, so am I correct in thinking that it is a manual process that begins when I receive an email from you saying that an update is available?

Hi Tom,
You are correct, as it stands, we will send out an email newsletter to all of our customers with a link the update and details of the updates included.
We decided not to send out incremental updates over the past year to avoid unnessesary issue withthe update process. We realise the update is taking longer than planned.............. but it is on it's way!!
