what should I do? i was using the program with no trouble until yesterday. Now anytime I open the program I keep getting the following error message at the start up:

The value for column 'P_GUID' in table 'tblProgram' is DBNULL.

How do I fix this? I can't gain access to the program its just stops and when I click "ok" the whole program closes out. I'm frustrated becasue I am a new triathlete and I am eager to get my season started.

I am having the same problem described above.

Error code:

"The value for column 'P_GUID' in table 'tblProgram' is DBNULL"

I have been using the trial version of the software and want to buy the full version, but of course after I see that there is a fix.

This is an issue we have fixed in the pending release. I have sent you an email with a fix to your problem.

This issue has now been fixed, should any existing customers get this issue prior to our next big release, please download the latest version from our website
or
http://purchase.eraceplanner.com/download/eRacePlanner.exe

Ensure the download has been signed by Flexicoach Software and install this over the top of your existing version.

Your license details and program data will be preserved.

The issue was caused by a specific set of events, that had been overlooked during system testing.
