An issue has been highlighted whereby eRacePlanner closed after a customer constantly switches between the 'day' view and the 'multi-week' view without closing down the 'Program Control'.
We have now addressed this issue, which related to 'resources' not being fully released when switching between the views. This fix will be included in the next enhancement shortly.
We will contact all of our customers with a download link.
In the mean time to 'work around' this issue use the forward and back arrows to move from day to day OR if you want to constantly switch between the two views ensure you close and re-open the Progam Control periodically.
